Hi, I’m Thomas, founder of Cloudbase Aviation & Consultants. I’m an experienced Boeing 737 simulator instructor with a strong operational and instructional background, supporting pilots at every stage of their career who want to arrive in the simulator fully prepared and confident.
Whether it’s a first type rating, recurrent, or upgrade training, I tailor each session to your current experience and needs. The focus is on technical proficiency in areas such as aircraft systems, limitations, abnormal procedures, and raw data handling, alongside procedural discipline.
I continuously draw focus on targeting human factors elements aligned with airline CRM frameworks, developing the core behavioural competencies assessed in simulator training, including decision-making, communication, situation awareness and workload management.
My approach reflects how airline training and simulator assessments really work. I include structured pre-simulator preparation, realistic scenarios, and clear post-session feedback so you know exactly where to focus next time.
